Why this policy exists
ArcDemo hosts demos that anyone with the link can open. This policy keeps the platform safe for creators and viewers, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
Capturing responsibly
- Only capture software, sites and data you have the right to record and share.
- Redact personal data, customer records and secrets before you publish.
- Don't capture someone else's app to pass it off as yours or to mislead buyers.
Not allowed
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Phishing pages, fake login screens or anything built to collect credentials or payments under false pretences.
- Malware, or scripts that attack viewers or other systems.
- Harassment, hate, violent extremism, or sexual content involving minors.
- Spam, or using lead forms to collect data without viewers' knowledge.
Protecting the platform
- Don't probe, scan or load-test ArcDemo without our written permission.
- Don't get around usage limits, access controls or bot checks.
- Don't scrape the Service, or resell it without an agreement with us.
Reporting illegal content
To report a demo, email support@arcdemo.io with the link, what's wrong, and your contact details. We act on notices under the EU Digital Services Act. We'll confirm we received your report, review it promptly and tell you what we decided.
What we do about it
We may remove content, turn off sharing links or suspend accounts that break this policy. When we act on your content, we'll tell you why and how to appeal, unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.
