Terms of Service

• You need to be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use ArcDemo.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Workspace owners control who joins their workspace and what each member can do.
• Tell us straight away at security@arcdemo.io if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

"Your content" means everything you or your team put into ArcDemo: screenshots, HTML captures, recordings, voiceovers, text, forms, and the leads and analytics your demos collect. You own your content.

You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to generate a shared demo, serve an embed or export a file. That permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies in backups that expire on their own schedule.

ArcDemo records what's on your screen. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions to capture, edit and share it, including any personal data it shows.

• Use the masking and redaction tools before you share, and check the visible pixels yourself.
• Don't capture passwords, payment details or other secrets.
• Follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

When you publish a demo, anyone with the link, or the page you embed it in, can view it, subject to the access controls you set. You decide what viewers are asked for, such as an email address or a lead form, and you're responsible for telling viewers how you'll use what they submit.

ArcDemo includes optional AI features such as the editor agent, translation and voiceover. They run only when someone uses them. AI output can be wrong, so review it before you publish. How we handle AI data is described in our AI Policy.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. After you cancel, paid features stay on until the period ends.
• Trials convert to a paid plan only if you add a payment method and don't cancel before the trial ends.
• Fees are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
• Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which we add where required.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you.

We work hard to keep ArcDemo available and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're always improving the product. If we remove a feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

ArcDemo, its software, design and brand belong to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

You can stop using ArcDemo and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the Service in a way that puts other people or the Service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first.

After termination you have 30 days to export your content. After that we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Apart from the promises made in these terms, the Service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Each of our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, or to your payment obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes go to the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a different court.

We'll post any updates here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll email workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
